More to Come: What Buyers, Distributors, and Designers Can Expect from Natuzz Ohme at Furniture China 2026
Furniture China is an exhibition we attend every year without fail. For us, it is more than a place where new trends are photographed. It is where real sourcing conversations happen, decisions are made, and long-term business relationships begin. It is also a gathering space for old and new partners, to have discussions about the future of furniture.
As a B2B company, we see Furniture China brings together professional buyers, distributors, designers, brand owners and industry partners from different markets. For anyone planning to be in Shanghai this September, here is why we believe a visit to Natuzz Ohme is worth adding to your schedule.

Why we don't compromise on material
A major part of our work comes down to the materials behind each piece. Every collection we bring to Furniture China is made with materials we trust for their strength, durability, and long-term value, including Teak, Mindi, Munggur, Rattan, Bamboo, and Petrified Wood, together with relevant certifications such as FSC where required. Each material will be considered for how well it performs over time, not simply for how good it looks.
Finishing a Sustainable Furniture, Natuzz Ohme
If our only focus were short-term profit, it would be easier and cheaper to use whatever material was available at the lowest cost. But that is not how we work. We believe buyers need transparent sourcing and, just as importantly, consistency at scale. The grain quality, finish, and durability should remain dependable from one order to the next.
For us, high-quality materials, used appropriately, are what makes that consistency possible. They are also what help a piece move beyond the showroom and into years of real, everyday use while still holding up well for the end consumers.
Designed for function, not for a moment
Furniture that goes viral or follows a trend usually has a short lifespan by nature. It is often designed to look new and exciting for one season, only to be replaced by the very next new trend. If that is what a trend means, then it is not how we approach our business.
At Natuzz Ohme, every collection starts with a simple question: how and where will this piece actually be used? A dining chair should be durable enough to endure daily usage, not only look good as part of a room. An outdoor piece should be able to handle all weather, changes in temperature, and everyday exposure—not just sit nicely in a showroom.

That thinking shapes the way we design our furniture. We want each piece to fit naturally into a space, remain functional yet pleasant looking, and continue to feel relevant as the years go by. The goal is to create furniture that people enjoy using and can rely on over time.
For us, that is the real difference between chasing a trend and building for the future. Trends are often made to expire. Good design should always work.
Why long-term partners keep coming back
There is a reason buyers keep returning to us. Over the years, there are a few reasons why many of our partners have continued to work with us and trust us with their projects:
- Production Depth
We have specialized production divisions across Indonesia, with each division focused on specific materials and processes. Instead of relying on one factory to do everything, we build expertise where it matters.
- Material Bank
We offer more than 50 material samples that can be mixed, matched, and customized to suit different designs and project needs. This gives our partners more flexibility to develop pieces that fit their own catalogue or market.
- OEM/ODM Flexibility
Whether you already have your own design and need a reliable manufacturing partner, or you want to develop from one of our existing collections, we can adjust materials, specifications, and production to fit your business model. Our work supports hospitality, retail, commercial projects, and private-label collections.
- Reliable Export Logistics
We support international shipping, documentation, and coordination throughout the process. Our goal is to make sourcing from Indonesia as smooth and manageable as possible for our partners.
In many ways, these points reflect what “Decades Forward” means to us. It is less about looking back with nostalgia and more about showing what we have built over time—a business-to-business supplier that partners can rely on for long-term projects, building heritage collections, and the like.

What meetings to book
Our booth at Furniture China follows a simple rhythm across all four days. If you are planning your visit or thinking about booking a meeting, here is what to expect:
- September 8 — Our Journey Begins
Opening day. The team will be fresh and ready to welcome you, answer your questions, and introduce the new collections we are bringing from Indonesia. It is also the first chance to see what we have prepared for this year’s show.
- September 9 — Forward Together
A good day for more focused conversations. If you would like to discuss partnership opportunities, sourcing volumes, or a specific project, we encourage you to book a sit-down meeting with our team.
- September 10 — More to Come
This day will focus more on our latest collections and the ideas shaping what comes next. It is a good time for design-led conversations, product development, and future collection planning. As there will be less visitors, it is also a good time to come and feel each and every item’s material, texture for future reference.
- September 11 — Looking Ahead
The final day of the show. It is your last chance to meet the team, explore the collection, and continue the conversation before Furniture China wraps up.
If your schedule is tight, September 9 or 10 may be the best days for a dedicated meeting. But no matter which day you visit, our team will be on-site and ready to talk throughout all four days.
